I didn’t like the way my sketch was going so I added some outlines
to make it a bit more interesting.

Heres a commission I got for a book series called “the Axis trilogy”. Im doing 2 more over the next year :) so thats pretty awesome :)

The iPad strikes back!

Had a little kiriban challange over at DeviantArt and the person who got a screenshot of my 30 000 page view would get a B&W sketch of their choosing.

The winner wanted me to draw his OC Ariya. I was planning on drawing it with my wacom but due to lack of time I had to sketch it out on the iPad.

I´ll try to do more stuff like this in the future. Maybe even something here on Tumblr. Because you guys are awesome.

I love the brushes you can create using procreate.

Pixars Brave was beautifully rendered. Therefore an iPad sketch in princess Meridas honour!

In other news, 2 months ago I got a new job as a Game artist at King.com. Currently Im working on a game called “Candy Crush Saga”, The game is available on Facebook but Im working on the mobile version for iOS, so to see my stuff you need to get it for mobile when we go live. Thats pretty much the reason why I havent updated my blog for a while, but that ends now. I´ll be posting some of the stuff I´ve been working on at King.com soon.

Other news is that I just got a new job as a Game Artist at King.com. If you´re a player of Facebook games, they´ve made games like Bubble Witch, Candy Crush saga and Hoop de Loop.

Here´s a WIP Commission Im working on for a book called Elemental Rise and its the first book in the Axis trilogy. 

I know you´ve all been waiting for it, another LEGEND OF ZELDA fan art coming up for your enjoyment. It took about 3 hours to get this far.

Another background practise. Me and my friend Rob started a little practise run to improve our concept/background art and he gave me a sketch, and I did a total paint over adding my taint on his idea haha…

Still working hard on improving my backgrounds. This started out as a sketch on my iPad, but it sucked, then I exported it to photoshop and made it a tad better.

Another little speed practise, this time an exterior piece. Just like last time I had no direction with this piece. Im just trying to get comfortable drawing this way.

Im gonna start stepping out of my comfort zone soon. Thats when things will start getting interesting.

Rainy days ahead. I love listening to the rain pour down while sitting with my wacom drawing away at something.

Here´s a little speedpaint I doodled up last night, about an hours work. I had no actual idea of what I wanted to draw so why not a cat in a ruined buildning.

Im going to try to do a couple of these a week to practise drawing backgrounds, values and such, cause Im really awful at it. So get ready for more up updates!
