iPad sketch I started on this morning on the train ride to work. Love being able to draw digitally on the go, its so awesome and the result is pretty good as well.

This piece is far from perfect but its a WIP so some changes will be added.  As always I´ve used PROCREATE to sketch/paint with a bamboo stylus.

Will also be taking commissions soon. I need to save up some money for a new Wacom tablet, mine is on the edge of death right now. If you´re interested in a commission just send me a message or reply to this post. I´ll be posting more on prices and such soon.

Dag 59 - Gårdagens teckning var ju riktigt B haha… Idag påbörjade jag ett porträtt på en svensk skådespelerska, kan ni gissa vem det är?

Fler och fler säger till mig att alla mina skisser är ofärdiga och att jag borde göra klart bilderna, men jag tycker om halvfärdiga bilder, de har sin charm.

Men folk har föreslagit att jag ska börja på en större målning och lägga upp mina framsteg  varje dag. Vad tycker ni som följer bloggen?

Day 59 - To make up for yesterdays really crappy sketch I decided to do a portrait of a swedish actress. Didn´t have the time to finish it though… but I´ll finish it this weekend.

I´ve had some people asking me to do a finished painting(digital) over a period of days or week and post my daily progress here on the blog.

So what to you guys think of that, Daily sketches or a one week painting showing my progress?

Californication season 3

Dag 52 - Kollade på första avsnittet av californication säsong 3 idag och blev inspirerad att rita ett porträtt på Självaste Hank Moody som spelas av David Duchovny :)

Detta är 3 timmar in i bilden. Är dock inte klar med den än, ska lägga till massa detaljer jobba fram fler rynkor och förstärka ögonbrynen,hår. Lägga till skäggstubb och pilla lite mer på skuggningen.

Lite annat som jag ska fixa på bloggen är en FAQ där jag kommer besvara de vanligaste frågorna jag får. Så om du undrar något om mitt sätt att rita eller något annat så är det bara fråga.

Day 52 - Just started watching Californication season 3 today, Love the character Hank Moody even though he´s a bit of an ass :) But I love the crazy and bizarre situations he creates without thinking of the consequences. So I decided to draw a portrait of David Duchovny.

Keep in mind that its just a WIP and far from finished, this piece is about 3 hours of work so far. Im gonna paint more facial lines and texture to give it more of a skin feel. Fix the sketchy hair and give him his rugged look with a 2-3 day beard.

I´ll also be posting a FAQ answering alot of repeated questions,

Had this great idea for a portrait of my girlfriends little brother, but it turned out crap, I was really disatisfied with the result, it just looked boring, the colors were boring and did I mention it was crap?

But I didn´t want to leave it unfinished, so I turned him into some kind of vamp :)

My dad asked me a while back to draw a portrait of grandma, and Im not much for doing request, I usually just draw what I feel like, something inspiring, and this unfortunately was not. But its my dad, how could I say no, right?  

So I got started  using a very bad old photo of my grandma and I actually got it all down in an hour, then spent some extra time fixing some flaws and adding a few made up details since the photo lacked alot of detail.
